YIART is entering its third year. To provide better services, YIART launched the online art platform YiCOLLECTA this past June, offering coverage of select exhibitions and artworks. Now, at the end of 2017, we have moved to a new space. Hoping to better serve art enthusiasts, we will hold exhibitions in this new space from time to time so that everyone has the opportunity to get close to the artworks.
"Critical point / Dialogue between Black, White and Color" is a show that extends and constructs the artist's infinite image and universe through works that explore a single dimension, such as line, surface, or body. This exhibition provides a space for viewers to become immersed in both the artists’ intentions and their varied methods of creation. The opening exhibition features artworks by Han Hsiang-Ning, Yang Chi-Hung, Daniel Lee, Hsu Ming-Jen, Tsai Yi-Ju, and Lulu Meng. Through this exhibition, curator Ling-Yi Cheng explores the beginning, emotions, opposition and exchange between black, white and color.
